Data we process

• Identity and contact: name, phone, email
• Request details: your child’s age range, the service you’re interested in and your optional message
• Security: IP address and time of submission
• Analytics: only with your consent, site usage data via cookies

We do not ask for health or diagnostic information through the contact form; please don’t include it.

Purposes and legal grounds

• Responding to your consultation request — steps prior to a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c) and your explicit consent
• Keeping the site secure — legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f)
• Analytics — your explicit consent (cookie banner)
• Legal obligations — Art. 5/2-ç

Transfers

Data is shared with our hosting and email providers to the extent needed. If you consent to analytics cookies, usage data may be transferred to Google LLC outside Türkiye. Data may be disclosed to public authorities where required by law.

Retention

Form requests are kept for up to 2 years after the request is closed, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, learn the third parties it was shared with, object, and claim compensation. Send requests to bilgi@ozelyetenekliler.com.tr; we reply within 30 days.
